I followed this video to see if I can make any optimizations on my laptop and after restarting I don't see any notable differences when I tried it while playing Hollow Knight:

Is there any difference between
bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock
and
bcdedit /set useplatformclock no
This will supposedly disable HPET through windows powershell.
Is it necessary to disable HPET through device manager as well or will this cause instabilities?
