Question Acer nitro 5 bios chip corruption

My acer nitro 5 515- 55 recently got its bios choroupted and when AI enter crisis recovery mode it won't detect my usb drive with the bios file.can anyone help me?

format the usb flash drive to fat32
did you place the bios file to the root folder of the stick?
did you unzip the file?
