My laptop (Acer Predator Helios 300 PH 315-53), crashed when I play Apex; reason undetermined (I suspect because of undervolting).
When I turned it back on, I noticed that my RTX isn't "working"? anymore even though it's detected through device manager.
I checked the status and it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)".
I have tried:
1. Uninstalling drivers with (NVIDIA Cleanup Tool) and reinstalling the drivers with clean install (advanced settings)
2. Shutting down my laptop and holding the power button for around a minute to discharge possible static electricity, then turning it back on
Those steps temporarily solve the error code 43 for a while (RTX is still not working, although the status is fine in Device Manager), but after a restart it's back to error code 43 again.
Can someone give me steps that I can take to solve/troubleshoot this issue? Thanks in advance
