Watch the Monitors Unboxed review and their followup video before buying. $599 is a great price for a 1440p 240hz OLED considering I paid $650 for a 1440p 270hz LCD two and a half years ago. But the Acer monitor has too many accuracy and usability issues to be worth considering in my opinion. You're probably better off waiting for one of the other models to drop in price instead.

It just seems like we dont have enough information to make a wise decision. Is it better to have a 4k 27" IPS, or a 2k oled? Whoever is going to spend $600 is probably going to spend enough on their vid card to run 4k. Besides the fact that information is very untrustworthy often in the tech biz. I would also talk a bit about the fact that for $600 most might be happier with a 32", its obviously in your price range. In G-d I trust.

240Hz 1440p is a good sweet spot for FPS gaming. 4K is still tough even with a 4090, and 120hz monitors aren't cheap either. You start looking at 240hz monitors for 4K and things get silly.

I've seen the LG in person, seemed alright. Not sure I would like the QD-OLED (I have a 32" Samsung QD-OLED TV, and it has good color and stuff, just not sure I want that for gaming. But the Acer is tempting.
