Question Acer S271HL Power Issues

Hey I am experiencing a strange problem with my second monitor at the moment. It seems to at random stop working. As in I can't turn it on. I found that unplugging and replugging the power cord will cause it to flicker on for a few seconds then off again. When I found this I wrote the monitor off as completely busted but my father found out when he was fiddling with it that if you leave it unplugged for a long period of time, haven't pinned down an interval just know it has to be a while, then plug it in it powers on and works like normal. No idea what is causing this so I thought I would ask yall, see if there is anything I can do to fix it

Usually it´s a power supply issue of the monitor. Replacing capacitors or other components by soldering or replacing the whole power supply could fix it.
