Question Acer Swift weird screw/fastener ?

Does anyone know how to "unscrew" this weird fastener on Acer Swift 3 (SF314-41-R1HQ)?

Where in/on the Acer laptop is that fastener located?

As I view the image it appears to be corrosion.

Or that someone attempted to glue the fastener(?) into place.

Do not do anything other than provide more details....

And I would be remiss if I did not ask why do you want to unscrew it?
