Question Acer V3-551 restarts at 7% in memory test

Good morning!

So I have this Acer laptop, and this issue has been mind boggling me. It was randomly restarting on me, so I decided to do a memory test. Two sticks of 4GB are in it. So, I tried the Windows Memory Diagnostic, but it would get to 7% then restart. So I tried one stick at a time, then 3 other completely different sticks, same result.

Can anyone help point me to what other things I should try troubleshooting?

2 sticks, did they came with the laptop or did you upgrade?

They came with the laptop, but I tried one at a time, same result. Two different 4 GB sticks, one at a time, same result.
