Acpi.sys missing or corrupted pls help

Hey my laptop went in auto repair mode for some reason today and blue screen happened after it then it showed it was missing or corrupted of acpi.sys. I tried system restore but none of the saves can open windows, I also tried chkdsk and those things but nothing happens and lastly i tried safe mode which didn't open... and now i'm here. I could provide a picture of the blue screen but i can't figure out how because i'm typing on a phone. Hopefully you guys can help me w/ this!!

Can you get to the bios?

Does your hard drive show up in the bios, listed under stat devices?

Yes it does the model is TOSHIBA MQ01ABF050 if that's what you're looking for

I'd suggest method 2, booting to your installation media and running a repair:

It looks like your hard drive is fine, it's just missing a critical file needed to boot properly.
