acs56 vs DTT2200

Altec Lansing ACS56 & Creative DTT2200 which one is worth yo buy?

I would go with the ACS56, although the DTT2200 is a 5.1 system, the ACS56 has better range. Also, I'm using the ACS54 and it sounds great. The only difference between the two is the digital SPDIF interface. The SPDIF interface allows supposedly truer sound although I think the sound quality depends more on the quality of the speakers themselves than the connection.
