Activate shared printer

I have a desktop PC with Win2010 which successfully prints on a printer connected to its USB port. The printer is defined as "shared".
This PC is networked with 3 laptops all running Win2010 through a WiFi home network.
Until recently, all the 4 computers used to print successfully on the shared printer. However, for some reason now, the 3 laptops are not able to print anymore. I have checked the network on every computer and the printer is still defined as "shared". The printer prints from the its connected desktop printer but not from the WiFi networked laptops.
What could be the problem?
Would appreciate any help.

Check the WiFi setup on the printer's display screen - it may have "forgotten" the WiFi key for the router - you'll need to enter it again or use the WPS method, whichever method is available on the printer.

Please note that my Samsung printer does not have WiFi capabilities. It is connected to the desktop PC through a USB cable.

on the shared pc is print share on or off. for the shared printer is the ip info still the same.

On the shared PC, the print share is ON.
The shared printer does not have WiFi capabilities, so no IP. The printer is connected to the desktop PC through a USB cable.
