Activate Windows 10 problem

Hello,

Last two months a message start to pop up every 10 minuets "your windows licence will expire soon" I did try everything but nothing worked until I saw a solution said " Open an elevated command prompt, type slmgr /upk and restart the pc."

since then the message didn't show but still not sure what I did ?
their is a message in the right says "Activate Windows go to settings to activate windows " how can I make this message disappear ??

Your "slmgr /upk" removed the temporary license. You can remove the "Activate Windows" by buying a legitimate Windows license key.

Do you have a license or did you just install Windows from an ISO or bootable USB?
