Question Add-on Microsoft Publisher Available?

A friend I'm working with has MS Office (Win 11), but Publisher is not in it. I want her to edit some files I did in Publisher.

Is there any way to add it to her Office suite, or is there a workaround?

Thats not an "Office" version.

probably "Home" on Win 11

Should be something like 2016 or 2019, or maybe even 365. Home refers to a Windows variant.
