Add rogue to the completion list

I started a very lucky rogue who found a (0:3) /oW on dlvl 3. I put
together a killer combination of +3 dex gaunts, +3 GDSM, and +3 speed boots
(like I said, lucky!) I ended up dying to a newt while helpless from a
floating eye, but that was just a typing mistake. Clearly my character
would've Ascended so this obviously counts as a completion of the game with
the rogue class.

So, what shall I do next? I've now completed wizard, valkyrie, samurai,
priest, barbarian, and rogue, in that order.

lol, should've gotten SDSM instead of GDSM. ymmv.

You're trolling now, yes? I thought you were defining "completion" as
"mastering the strategy for a class" or something like that. Finding an
early WoW is nice and all, but I'd hardly count it as a "strategy".

Play whatever suits your fancy, of course.

I've had many characters with full ascension kit die (either stupidly or
just an accident). There is no "clearly" in ascension. But, whatever
floats your boat, I guess....

Dude, you're way beyond the skill set for Nethack. I suggest Crawl.

You do? I think Pacman would be more like it. Remember, if a ghost gets
you just as your blue pill has worked out, you can count that as
actually having killed the ghost, instead.

I think that may conceivably have been a forgery. There wasn't enough
desperate self-justification.

Okay, well, since we've moved from tongue-in-cheek humor to cheap shots,
let's move back to seriousness. What, *exactly*, did Cyde Weys claim
that wasn't true? He did not claim to have ascended. He did not claim to
have killed anything which actually killed him, or not to have starved
when he did. He gave us all the details with which he is now being
lampooned. He did claim a "polyselfless" conduct, which I challenged him
on, and he agreed would be better called "no voluntary polymorphing." He
used the term "completed" to mean that he was done, for now, with a
character class.

Look, he's ascended twice, and gotten to the Astral Plane another two
times. He's clearly not a bad player. Whatever you may think of his
termonology, the "Pacman" shot is clearly inappropriate.

Who says he has? I'm not calling him a liar, I'm calling him a sore
loser. And I wouldn't even complain about that if he hadn't come here to
brag about it and then got touchy when he was told he is a sore loser.
