[SOLVED] Added 2x8Gb DDR3 to existing 2x8Gb DDR3, but new RAM is 1600 vs 1333

I've just added 2 more sticks of RAM to bring my 5 yr old PC up to 32gb (for audio editing mostly) and I didn't realize that the new DDR3 is 1600vs the original 1333.

Would anyone be kind enough to look at the Speccy output below and tell me if anything looks odd??

If so, do you have any suggestions? My Motherboard is an ASUS Z97-PRO GAMER (SOCKET 1150), and I have switched off (I think!) the overclocking/AI TWEAK in the ASUS bios settings since my PC just wouldn't boot with any non standard settings.

If the system reports the RAM exists and is usable, there's nothing wrong here. The faster memory will operate at the same speed as the slower one.

You want to install RAM sets in slots a1-b1 and a2-b2 respectively
