Hi I had a GPU Gtx 960 2 GB Asus and I bought new GTX 1060 6GB, and everything became laggy low fps in games like BF4 and BF1 unplayable 30 fps or 50 dropping down to 20, I mean with the 960 I was playing BF3 and BF4 with mixed setting and I was gaming good and to some level with high struggle I played BF1, but now I don't know what is happening, doesn't matter what settings I am on low, med, high or ultra the FPS are same and are dropping insanely low, I have i5-2320, 12 GB DDR3 @ 1333Mhz 1x8 and 1x4GB max that BF1 takes is some 8GB or 8.5GB in the game, Windows 10 x64, I have windows on SSD 120 GB, but my games are on 500GB HDD, but as I said no problems on 960 that I had only struggled for higher FPS in Battlefield 1, I have Cooler master B Series 600W PSU with 48A on 12V rail. 1060 with Riva tuner just don't show more than 25 or 40% of her load in the games. So please what could lead to this someone please help with this I am really disappointed I thought that with this card I would have very good gaming FPS but it turns out opposite.

Assuming this is a legit 6GB 1060 and not one of the fakes that are circulating? Which card did you buy? And where from?

Did you remove your prior GPU drivers and clean install with the 1060? If not, I'd start there.
Run DDU in safemode, remove, reboot & then reinstall.

I bought it almost new from my cousin here this one:

I had the GPU under GPU stress of FurMark on the 1080p res, she was 91 Fps, Battlefield 4 on High settings running on good 80 fps, but in Battlefield 1 is unbelievable with the FPS, does my CPU is bottlenecking the 1060?
