Adding a gpu

I have a r9 390 and I'm playing on a 4k TV.( Fallout 4 Wolfe steins ultra settings) It goes well but I was wondering if adding a r9 580 would help getting more fps. Thanks for your response.

Maybe a few fps more, the 580 isn't much faster than the 390 and you can't Crossfire them.

Performance gain, Yes, depending on the title the gain can be quite significant or very little, I upgrade my r9 380 to rx580 and game like pubg gains about 20-30 fps. Where as cs go didn’t change at all.

I think you will need to upgrade to Vega or gtx 1070 or higher to see a significant boost over your current card. Rx580 give you a nice boost, but I don’t think the boost is worth 350-400 dollar.
