Adding an SSD

Hi, I build a pc last september, and I have a hard drive. I want to add an SSD, and was wondering how to make windows from my hard drive boot using the SSD.

best thing to do is when you install the OS just have the SSD as the only drive connected. after the install is completed you can start connecting your other hard drives. even if you left your other HDD the way it is it will not cause any issues with booting to the SSD. if you have an optical drive you can leave that connected with the SSD as it won't cause any problems
