Adding second processor on old Dell 1950 and get "PCIe Training Error: Internal Storage Slot"

I was gifted some old Dell 1950s that I wanted to setup for some home "stuff". I decided I was going to part out 2 of them to beef up the other two. I have pulled the processors out of two of them(they both booted up prior to this) and tried doubling up the CPUs in one of the two not torn apart. When I added the second CPU it was recognized when posting but then it gets the "PCIe Training Error: Internal Storage Slot" error once it hits the raid controller post message. The raid controller card is the PERC 6/i. It does this for both of the CPUs I pulled out so I don't believe it to be an issue with those. If I pull the second CPU out, and just run with the original one, it will post fine and boot to the OS. Any ideas what could be causing this? Is there something in the BIOS I maybe need to set?

Edit: Since I posted this I pulled one of the raid cards out of the other 1950s and replaced it. I am still getting the same error.

One is the exact same model(Xeon e5430) and speed while the other was a bit slower speed model (Xeon e5420). When I checked the tags for the two with the exact same size they have the same part number. I would think that would mean same revision as well right?

Just to give an update on this, the processor revision numbers were the same. I ended up pulling all the processors out and dropping them in one of the housings I was doing away with and everything booted fine. Must just be some weird issue with the Raid card or something like that. It didn't matter as I wasn't planning on doing anything with the other two systems once I pulled all the parts such as fans, power supplies, and hard drives anyway.
