I have a ASUS M5A88-M Motherboard and I planning to expand my usb connections.so what i have is AMD SB850 controller : 12 x USB 2.0 port(s) (4 at back panel, black, 8 at mid-board).I can see the 4 at the back but how will I use the 8 usb ports ,what device I need to add to function this. If anyone can find some tutorials or videos about these please mention those also.
Also I have a scanner with a parallel port ,I know there is no parallel port for this mobo, any cheap ways to connect it?

Thanks Biju

your looking for a connector like this to use more of your pc usb ports.
plug the cable in and pop out a pci slot in the back of the case.

Thanks for the quick reply. The parallel port is a pci one, is there any usb compatible one for parallel port?
