current set up:
650w 80gold PSU
rtx 2070
z390e asus
3 front case fan
1 back case fan

planning to remove 1 back case fan and replace it with 3 cooling master addressable rgb fan( 1 back , 2 top) and LED strips

im wondering/worried if my PSU is enough for this. 6 case fan , led strip setup

Solution
Which "650W 80gold PSU?

The LEDs etc aren't going to add much at all and, with the balance of the components, assuming the PSU is of good enough quality to be driving the hardware as-is, it's fine.
"Which "650W 80gold PSU?"
what do u mean "which"?.did i describe it wrong?
corsair 650watts psu,tx-m,tx650m, 80 gold modular

You didn't describe it 'wrong', no. But you hadn't actually specified what PSU you had. Unfortunately there are good, bad & outright ugly PSUs that all fit the same description you provided.

Knowing now that it's the TX650M, that's a good quality unit & should have no issues powering that hardware, including the additional LEDs etc.
