Additional RAM would become active in a 32 bit OS?

I am using a 4 GB RAM in a 32 bit OS which shows 'Installed memory(RAM): 4.00 GB (*2.90 GB usable). If I add another 4 GB RAM, will it change anything (e.g. speed, physical memory, usable size)?

No, 32 bit OS can't identify more than 4gb of RAM

nope you need a 64 bit system
you memory limit wont increase with the 32bit system no matter how much ram you add

1.type msconfig in the Search programs and files box, and then click msconfig in the Programs list.
2.In the System Configuration window, click Advanced options on the Boot tab.
3.Click to clear the Maximum memory check box, and then click OK.

4.Restart the computer.

you will have your 4 gb memory back instead of 2gb.

he has to make sure by booting into bios and see if it allotted to onboard graphics.
