Question "Adjust Video Color Settings" On NVIDIA Control Panel not working

I've been having problems trying to adjust the video color settings on my PC. I recently uninstalled all my old drivers with DDU and reinstalled the most recent ones for my RTX 3060, but when I went to reapply my color settings it doesn't work. I adjust each slider and no change is applied onto my computer (Before and after clicking apply). I played with very colorful settings and now everything looks gray and dull on my PC compared to the past. Can anyone help me out with finding a solution to this problem?
