I just changed my mouse to a new more sophisticated one which i find a little bit difficult to use while playing shooter games cuz i have the problem of pulling up the mouse in the air a bit in order to maintain a comfortable position of my hand and that also moves the cursor which is indeed the aim so what i noticed is that this mouse has the sensor working even when it's not touching the surface meaning that the cursor will still move even if i hold the mouse few cm above the desk in the air. Sorry for making this so long but the point is to make the mouse only working when its touching the surface and i thought that it could be that red light which makes the sensor working i guess i noticed it's way brighter than on my older one on which i didn't have this issue so i thought maybe if i replace that red led with a dimmer one will it solve the issue what do you think ? Hope you got it all 😀

I thought too about taping it but i'm concerned about affecting other features such as precision, speed etc. If those aren't on the list i will go for that thanks.

I got a less known one called Modecom M5 which i have doubts it has any sensor lifting mechanism
