Adjustment of memory timings?

What are the best memory timings that you can have for memory and how do you set these?

Depends on individual CPU, sticks of DRAM and mobo, no two CPUs are identical, some have stronger MCs (memory controllers) than others, so one 4790K may be able to run DRAM fasterr than another 4790K - what do you have?

Should be on the label on the DRAM, or if running, get the free app CPU-Z and look in the SPD tab - show show next to part number
