Hello,

My admin account has been deleted and my administrator account was disable at that time.
Can we enable administrator account or restore admin account?

Solution

That's only if he isn't an admin...
If that would be the case, bootcd and restore passwords...

They don't usually disappear by them selves.
Have you run Antivirus scan & malware scan for infections ?

Have you triied Windows System Restore to date when the accounts were
working ?

Are you sure it's DELETED and not just disabled?

If you're not sure if it's deleted, you can try this:
Open CMD as an admin
Type in [cpp]net user administrator /active:yes[/cpp]
Logoff (or switch user) and see if the administrator account is visible.

If you want to disable it again, just do [cpp]net user administrator /active:no[/cpp]

:)

If he's got no admin accounts left, how can he open a command prompt as admin?

I don't think that will work as the default admin account is disabled in win 7. If all other admin accounts are disabled, the admin passwords are useless. He should use the system restore to a date/time before his admin account was disabled. I posted the link in my previous post.
