Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.security (More info?)

I have a administrator password set people in my house use
the same password i just log them but whene im logged in i
want to keep theme installing programs like those instant
messenger programs and things like wallpaper,programs that
have spyware.

Is this really a question? Give users accounts and priveleges
according to what you want them to have access to. And everyone using
the administrator account gives everyone full control. If that's not
what you want, don't do it.
