I asked best buy clerk and I've a windows 7 because I didn't see it on the box. He said it works
I bought adobe element 2020 and I tried installing but it didn't work. I atteched them for you to checkit out?

You should try to get a refund, and let the best buy clerk know they had the wrong info.
