Adobe Flash player keep on asking me to update it

I have a problem, I instaled Windows 8.1 and everything is great. I have one problem, few times a day Adobe Flash player installer ask me to update it, and every time i do update it it start downloading update and it show Update cant be done check if you are conected to internet, i am going crazy with that, i uninstaled Flash player, i blocked it in Firewall after it and it still ask to update, even i dont have it any more on my pc...

start run msconfig.

go to the services tab and disable anything related to adobe updater. that should fix it.

First of all, thanks for taking your time to answer. I uncheckec one thing that was from Adobe, but still the same thing, it pops up every few days, that is anoying, i dont even have Adobe instaled anymore but still it pop up and ask to update it. Disabeled adobe plugin on Mozill, and everything...

It's said the flash player will be left behind cause it's not catching up with the new video technology.The Firefox browser already disabled it automatically.
