Adobe Flash Will Stop Being A Thing In 2020

After using Flash for almost 20 years or so, I just had to install it. It created instability
in my IE 11 browser. Yes still using Internet Explorer. Bundled or otherwise. I might try reinstalling it. What if any are your thoughts?
