Adobe keeps crashing

i am operating windows 7 on my compact laptop.. i see that i have the pepper Adobe 32 bit installed,it keeps crashing.Do i need to update to a newer version of adobe flash that is for 64bit ran laptops. i also use google chrome as my browser. i think i have the wrong version downloaded can u please tell me what i need to do in order to keep my laptop from crashing?

Then reinstall it, http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Adobe did just recently have a problem with Flash crashing and released an update for it.


If it still does not work, give me the model of your laptop.
