I have a copy of Adobe Lightroom 6, purchased in a shop, with redemption card serial number. The program stopped opening properly, just hanging. In the end, I thought re-installing might be the answer and so removed the existing copy.
However, on trying to re-install the Adobe site wants a sign - in - which was successful but, after entering the serial code from the original card it simply says 'Oops this has already been redeemed ' and get no further - what the h--l do I do?
