[SOLVED] Adobe ME and Premiere don't use full CPU power.

Hi
My Media Encoder / Premiere never exceed 25% of my CPU usage while rendering. Why is it capped at that percentage?
I don't have a dedicated GPU and only using my i7-10700 for the moment, is this the reason why?

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz
RAM: Patriot 8.0 x 2 GB 3200 MHz viper steel SDRAM DDR4
MB: H510M-S2H
SSD: XPG GAMMIX 256GB S11 Pro M.2.
HDD: 1 T.B. 7200 RPM SATA
PSU: DEEPCOOL DA600 80 PLUS Bronze (600 Watts)
OS: Windows 11 latest build

AME pretty much uses 4 cores unless you use the public beta from the Adobe Cloud.

This CPU is 8 cores so shouldn't it go up to around 50%? Or did you mean only 4 threads is being used (not cores) ?

Windows sees the hyperthreaded cores as cores so thinks you have 16.
