adobe scratch disk are full

I can't use my photoshop on laptop. It says scratch disk are full.

i7 4th Gen.
128GB SSD
4GB Memory

i tried looking for solution before posting. already seen that post unfortunately it didnt help.

it appears its default location is in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp. To access that, you can type %LocalAppData%\Temp in the Start > Run field.

delete all the contents

how much free space on ssd? you might want to think about an extra hdd as storage if it fits in case.
