I do know the basic assembly of a pc such as installing the cpu, motherboard, ram ect. But I just don’t feel ready yet, so could you please give me some advice, equipment and hardware wise, and
if anyone knows of some groups in Australia, WA, Perth that specialise in this stuff, please tell me there name. Thanks in advance😀

This machine is arround 2000 AUD and murders your first iteration in gaming. I cut the cpu back to an 6c/12t R5 in the process. You got more gpu power, a very good cooler, very solid motherboard and the case is ofcourse subjective.

Solution
Do you need an intel cpu for your software of could AMD be an option?
I was thinking about an Intel, because I am kinda fussy and I do trust Intel, All of the PC’s I have had with Intel are still running at this time, I like to go with quality. I think it’s better to pay a little extra for it to last longer

Would you be able to recommend a aio water cooler please? cause if I wanted to do a bit of overclocking- if the mobo supports it- I would need better cooling, right?

also wondering, since this is my first build should I start off doing a trash $500 pc, and then if that works step up to the proper rig?
here is the trash pc's specs:
CPU: intel pentium gold G5400 3.7ghz | x1
mobo:ASUS PRIME H310M-K Intel® H310 LGA 1151 (Socket H4) Micro ATX | x1
cooler:Cooler Master Hyper 103 | x1
ram: Kingston Technology ValueRAM KVR24N17S6/4 memory module 4 GB DDR4 2400 MHz | x1
storage: Western Digital Blue 3.5" 1 tb Serial ATA III Hard Drive | x1
GPU:Gigabyte GV-N710D3-2GL graphics card GeForce GT 710 2 GB GDDR3 | x1
case: Deepcool Wave V2 Micro-ATX | x1
wifi: TP-Link TL-WN781ND 150Mbps Lite-N PCI-E Wireless Adapter | x1

That is not a good idea. You will be spending twice for the same purpose. If you are not confident, use a fraction of that trash PC budget to get the actual PC built professionally.
You dont need an AIO to overclock. The cooler in the part list is very good and sufficient for medium to high clock push. For extreme clocks, you will need a way better unit with a better board as well. That will be pretty expensive, for very little gain.
