Advice for my budget gaming PC $600

Hi There, i need advice for my budget gaming PC. can i know weather this is a good build or do i need to change some of the parts so it would be cheaper for me. and also need help if some of my parts are not compatible.

Parts:
Processor: Intel Core i3-4150 3.50GHz (Dual Core) Haswell Refresh
PS: Corsair VS450
Case: Fractal Design DEFINE Mini
GPU: EVGA GTX 650 Ti 2gb DDR5
RAM: 1x Corsair XMS3 4GB DDR3 1333
Mobo: MSI B85M-P33
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB

That's such weird choices from the 300-450w powersupplies xD

Get this one for ₱300 more. It's much better quality than the VS.
