Hello everyone,
I need some advice for my new build. It’s mainly gonna be used for gaming (monitor is probably gonna be lg 27gl850, so1440p and 144hz) and programming (python).
Budget is between 1300€ and 1500€ (that’s the maximum). Additionally I would like the build to be rather quiet. Im located in Germany and plan on ordering from Mindfactory so I’m using their euro prices.

After some days of research I came up with this:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 ~ 200€ (is the X version for 26€ more worth it?)
MB: B450 msi gaming pro carbon ~132€ (i need BT and wifi)
Ram: 2x8gb gskill trident Z 3200mhz CL14 ~ 152€
GPU: MSI 2070 super gaming x trio ~580€
SSD: Crucial MX500 1tb or intel 660p ~ 107€
PSU: bequiet pure power 11 CM 600w 80gold+ ~75€
Case: Corsair carbide 275R tempered glass ~ 78€ (do I need additional/ different fans for better noise level/ temperature?)
Total: ~1330€

Since I want a rather silent build, I guess an extra cpu cooler would be appropriate aswell. Was thinking maybe a Thermalright aro-m14 or a be quiet dark rock 4 (this one is a bit more expensive, it also looks good tho :D)
I am still unsure about PSU power, cpu, ssd and ram.
The plan is to OC the ram and the gpu. Do i need additional fans inside the case for that? Also, does it make sense to go for the 3700X instead (around 310€)? Regarding the ssd, is there any point in going for a more expensive and faster ssd like the m2 970 evo?

Thanks for the help!

Hello in my mind x versjon isnt with it because you can easily get it overclocked to the x version and is you want a cheap aio the coolermaster might be with it but the be quiet is a great cooler.
