advice for new rig( I'm a first timer)

I just need some advice on the rig i'm building, like if there are better parts for the same price point or for lower. I'm going to use this build mainly for stuff like 3D Autocad/Solidworks and similar applications with some programming and Medium gaming. I'm not going to upgrade for atleast the next 3 to 4 years and some advice for this rookie builder(I also live in India so the prices may differ).

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 SSO2 D-Type and Noctua NM-AM4 Mounting Kit combined :

Looks pretty solid in terms of hardware selection. The D15 cooler should come with the paste you have listed. Go with one of the better b350 board unless you plan to SLI down the line.

I don't plan to go down the sli path in the future, do you have any suggestions for the motherboard, I'm going to be overclocking both the gpu and cpu. And what do you think about a 1600x instead of 1700x and a 1060 6gb instead of a 1070.

I would wait till April 19th for the AMD Zen+ release. From what we know already, the pricing will be similar and you will get a bump in clock speed. More importantly, RAM compatibility will be improved. Ryzen CPUs are great, but they have real issues when it comes to RAM compatibility. That will mean a lot to a rookie builder because it may not be "plug and play". You may have to tinker with it for it to work.

Build looks good, would not change much apart from perhaps the HDD, as, from my experience that is, Solidworks and AutoCAD eats up space and my 1 TB HDD took a month only to fill up due to it.

Like others said, wait for Ryzen 2. The 2700 looks like a star right now and it would give you more options too, not too mention a potential drop in prices. Also, go for the B350 mobo. It will OC decently and is cheaper.
