Advice for SO's PC I'm Building

Hello!

First off, I have built a total of 3 PC's so far including my girlfriends current one. So I know how to actually build one, but I am still getting used to what parts to get with others.

So, my question is, is the build I have put together for her new PC good to go? I already have an i5-7600K, GTX 970 Strix, a PSU, 8GB of RAM, mouse, keyboard, all that jazz. But from the components on the list, will it work? Is there any better options? I can't go over the current £485 upgrade budget.
Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this or help me out! :)

It'll work, yes. The 7600K is wasted on a B250 board that can't overclock. A Z270 would be a smart purchase, even if there's no desire to OC right now.

The H55 isn't a very good cooler, and there would be better options for air, for the same (or lesser) pricepoint.

B250 can run 2400MHz RAM, and if you opt for Z270, you can go higher than that.

Which PSU would be running this?

Without changing any component you already have, I'd look to a Z270 mobo + H7 Cooler (unless you *need* an AIO for some reason, in which case, I'd look to something better than the H55 - but that'll cost more). While the Samsung SSD is 'king', real world performance wouldn't be noticeably different with the SSD listed.
