Advice me what i buy. GTX970 or GTX 1060 gb

I am loooking to buy graphic card and confused what to buy 970 or 1060
also suggest me full HD Tv gives me that best result for Gaming or 27inch monitor

The 1060 performs better (closer to the performance of a 980) and is the newer card I would get that unless the 970 is significantly cheaper.

Most TV's have a ton of input lag and slow response times, so ideally you don't want to use a tv for pc gaming. 27inches is in my opinion too big for a 1080p monitor you will have poor pixel density. I don't like over 24inches for a 1080p monitor for gaming.

No problem. I wouldn't say a 27inch monitor would be bad for gaming, its just when you have a bigger monitor like that at 1080p the pixels are spread out more so your image won't look quite as crisp and clear as a smaller 1080p monitor.

What does a 1060 cost where you live? In my country I think the price is reasonable when you consider the performance you get. Other options are the AMD RX 480, the 1060 performs a bit better on average but the 480 is usually a bit cheaper.

1060 is about $375 or 970 is about $330.. so i would be benefit to buy?
