Hi all,
I picked up a new WD My Book 10TB external hard drive during Black Friday. When it's being accessed it makes the normal spinning sound but then there is this clicking/low thud sound that none of my other external WD drives make. After a few seconds it goes away, however the noise is constantly there during large file(s) read/write. How worried should I be? Should I copy all the data on there elsewhere while I still can and get it RMAed? Thanks
