advice needed

Hi all i'm about to upgrade my comp and i need advice on a graphic card, that will work and give me decent performance
with a chaintech kt133 and duron 800 and 128mb
I was thinking about a radeon 32mb ddr will this give me decent fps in recent games like project igi and severance blade of darkness? Oh yeah i need it to last me a while, i don't wanna have to upgrade in the next 6 months

I'm not going to bash the radeon, cause I haven't used one, but I recently bought the Asus V7700 deluxe GF2. Nice fast card with video in/out. I love it so far, and by now it is probably around $200.
