I am building a system for mainly rendering/CAD and some high end gaming. OC not necessary, but I may. Overall just a system that can handle high end graphics. After all the contemplation, I mellowed down on the following config:

Processor : AMD Fx-8350
Mobo : Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
RAM : Kingston 16GB DDR3
Case : Cooler master N200 Adv
HDD: 1 TB WD

The mobo comes with integrated graphics, but I guess i will be needing one. Kindly suggest me a good GPU for this requirement.

And also kindly suggest me which components I can replace in order to reduce my costs. I am going a little over budget here.

Thank you.

My budget is around 35000 Rupees (Indian). Comes up to 585$. Purchasing it from local shops around here, or maybe online. You can consider the price in dollars.

My usage is for applications like Chaosgroup, lumion 3D, V-ray, Autocad etc.
Also will partly use for gaming.

I would be grateful if you could suggest me an entire new build. (If mine doesnt seem feasible)
Thanx.

I doubt.
I currently am using a sempron, 500gb wd, gigabyte mobo (which surely doesnt support better processors), and a just-for-the-sake-of-it kinda case. So i guess nothing can be utilized for my purpose.

If you can re-use the HDD for now, you can go with something like this:

You can later add a bigger HDD, maybe even an SSD and optical drive.
Also, I didn`t include an OS, because that would skimp on the other parts, so let me know if you already havean OS that you can use.
