I was hoping to call upon some experience PC builders/gamers, to hopefully help me by giving some advice on my first build so far. I’ve started from not knowing anything about PC’s and have been doing a ton of research. I feel like I have learned a lot, but I definitely still consider myself a novice. Just want to know if there are any potential problems I’ve missed, if everything is compatible, if anything is overkill for what I need, etc.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
- The PC will be primarily used for gaming at 1440p, 144hz ultra settings. Plus VR and just basic mainstream task. e.g. web browsing, video streaming, Microsoft word, etc.
- My budget is around $4,500 Australian
- I’m going for a black/RGB theme, with the GPU mounted vertically.
- I already have the GPU, which is actually the stock version of the Gigabyte RTX 2080 Aorus, not the xtreme. (I can’t find the non xtreme version on pcpartpicker)
