Change cpu to FX 6300 /8320. Ask yourself was it worth it to pay that price for that case. If it is then keep it. Will be able to play most games at ultra with no AA at 1080p.

The 6300, like mentioned above, is a better CPU. Your graphics card wasn't reporting a price, so I hope you aren't considering a $600 budget, but an $800 budget. Changed it around for you.

If you can help it, you don't want to put the Vishera chips on the 760/780 motherboards. They're barely ok for the 4300, but don't have the ideal power delivery. At this budget, I would definitely not recommend one of those boards, unless mATX is a must.
