Advice on new $2500 build

Hi guys so im going to be building my new gaming rig and wanted some advice on the parts i selected. I'm going to be using this on a 1080p build 144hz monitor. At the start i will not be overclocking but in the future i will. My main questions are:

Cooler wise what is the best option? I think im going to be getting a "Corsair - H115i PRO" and change the fans out with the beQueit ones as i heard it can get noisy.

MotherBoard wise I'm not so sure which one is the best for me.

Case wise is well i have no idea what is the best case out there. Im looking for a mid tower one. Something with decent airflow and a glass screen on the side to see the build as I'm going to go for a white effect with rgb lights etc :)

Also i know the 1180's are coming out soon , so im not sure if i should wait for them to come or not, i heard it might be late july but god knows if that is the truth

Any help on this would be great, or if i missing anything let me know, last time i build a pc was 7 years ago so just getting back into it

Thanks

mobo in terms of vrm strength is rog strix z370 > pro carbon ac > b360,
i think you can ignore b360 as you have a k sku and 3200 mhz memory. you need a z370 chipset to get the most out of the cpu and ram.

running stock, both z370 is fine.

if you would like a good daily system with light oc (4.7/4.8 all core) on the board, i would suggest the strix.

for any heavy oc, such as 4.9 or higher. i would suggest high end boarda non strix ROG/ asrock ex4/taichi / msi m7 / giggabyte aorus gaming 7.

case: Fractal Design Meshify C is a good $100-ish option. 8700k and 1080ti are quite hot, so more airflow is better.

Extremely strong performing and equally good looking full on ASUS-ROG RGB build. No compromise build.

I do recommend waiting for GTX1180. You can get your build without GPU and then if there is delay go for GTX1080Ti but if it is gonna release soon go for GTX1180. Probably things will get clear in a week or two.

I can tell you that the Corsair 275R case/Gig Z370 Gaming 7/H115i Pro cooler is not a compatible combination. The mobo has some plastic housing that sticks up just a small amount too far to allow the radiator to bolt into the top of the case.
