Question Advice on new build

I am relatively new in the PC building world, after some research I have this gaming build:
AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 5.2GHz AM5
CPU Cooler ENDORFY Fera 5 BLACK
MBO AM5 AS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS
MSI RTX 4070TI SUPER 16GB SHADOW 3X OC
G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo AMD EXPO DDR5 32GB Kit (2x16GB) PC5-48000 6000MT/s CL32 1.35V
SSD 2TB KIN KC3000 PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 NVMe SKC3000D/2048G
ENDORFY Supremo FM5 750W 80+ GOLD
+ a tower case, haven't decided on one so far

Is it worth replacing Ryzen 7 9800X3D with Ryzen 5 7600X3D and investing the money some other parts?

including your location, the budget for your build and your preferred site for purchase. What is the purpose of this build? Gaming? Then yes the 9800X3D is the processor to go for.

On face value, your parts list looks good to go though I'd look at a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Se, if you have access to it. I'm sure you could put all your parts on PCPartPicker, to help fine tune your build and bring up possible clearance issues.

I am in EU, Croatia and yes its a gaming PC.

I'm looking mainly at local sites for example https://www.futura-it.hr/ and https://www.adm.hr/ , but also I'm crosschecking on Amazon the prices.
Prices in Croatia for PC components are higher than in US (or other bigger markets) mainly because of 25% VAT, so I'm going to end up paying more.

My budget is around 2300 Euro (could strech it a bit) without the case.

Was considering the Ryzen 5 7600X3D because it is still a good gaming processor, and in that case I could possibly go for the RTX 4080 Super. But not sure if its worth it.

The Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Se is available also, a bit more expensive but not budget breaking.
I'll check on PCPartPicker.
