Question Advice on upgrading NVIDIA Quadro290

Hi!

I have a computer with fairly good spec but it has a TERRIBLE graphics card... I was watching one on eBay (GTX1050Ti), but looking inside the machine -- see picture -- I don't think this card would physically fit (it looks to be too wide). The PSU appears to be 800W so I don't think there are any considerations except the actual space inside of there.

Help and advice would be very welcome! To be clear, I use this machine for video editing but as you can imagine with this graphics card I get a lot of stuttering, coughing and occasional freezing, which is driving me insane. I do need a better solution ASAP!!
