[SOLVED] Advice on what GPU to upgrade to

Hi I have been having trouble finding what GPU to upgrade to since the one I have is about 4-5 years old and wasn't really sure of the state of the market and what is the best 'bang for buck' card that's not overly expensive, as per the template, this is my info, thanks!

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: 2 Months
BUDGET RANGE: No more than $400

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Used primarily for gaming, the titles I've been playing lots of lately are:
ARK: Survival Evolved
7 Days to Die
Skyrim
Warframe
Monster Hunter: World

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: My current GPU is the GeForce GTX 970 and my PSU is the Corsair cx850m.

I've been looking over the card for a little while and this seems like it might be perfect, although, hopefully the promo code is still in effect whenever I get it, besides that though it seems great, thanks a ton!
