Advice please - which motherboard?

I'm struggling to decide on a motherboard for my new build.

It will include
Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40Ghz (Ivy Bridge) Socket LGA1155
Phanteks PH-TC14PE CPU Cooler
Gigabyte Ati Radeon GD 7950 Windforce 3X 3072MB GDDR5
Cosair Vengeance Low Profile 8Gb (2X4Gb) DDR3 (1600Mhz) PC3-12800C9
Samsung 256Gb 830 Series SSD
Western Digital Caviar Green 3TB SATA 6Gb/s 64 Cache
Cosair 850W AX850 Modular PSU

I was potentially looking at two boards:
1. AsRock Z77 Extreme6
2. GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H

I've read so many reviews now!!!
Could someone please help decide which board would be best? I would be really grateful.

Budget: Max £160
Purpose: General use and some gaming.

Happy to consider any motherboard. what would you recommend?

is Asus P8Z77-V ATX LGA1155 Motherboard the best motherboard on the market for that price range at the moment?

because it has better software and overall features. i would never get a asrock board that is over the extreme4
