Question Advices and help for Church livestream/streaming setup

Hi !

We are using a main desktop computer with two monitors set up in extended mode. In our large hall, we have two projectors displaying onto two separate screens.

Most of the time, we want to project what is shown on the second monitor (from the extended desktop) to both projectors. However, depending on the circumstances, we would also like the option to display different content on each projector.

We are also using the same machine for live streaming, and an audio console (Behringer X32) is connected to the computer via USB. We are usually streaming what is in the second monitor (from the extended desktop).

Our goal is to find a solution that allows us to:

Use both monitors on the main computer in extended mode. (to see what is streaming and what we are doing (main monitor)
Send either the same content or two different content streams to the two projectors (i.e., two independent signals).
Continue using this same computer for streaming and managing audio via the X32.
We are looking for the best configuration (hardware or software — HDMI splitter, video router/switcher, graphics card with additional outputs, second PC, etc.) to handle this setup flexibly and reliably.

thank you in advance for your advices !

Specifications:

- We were currently using a Video switcher (Sprolink Neolive R2 Plus), but it went dead... I feel we were using it just like a splitter.

- We don't have an indenpendant graphic card. We have 1 DVI to the main monitor, the other was HDMI to the Video Switcher, and then from the switcher :

output to the projectors (got a splitter for the two projectors)
output to the second monitor (Extended from desktop) - so really the extended was 1st into the switcher !!
So we needed at least 2 output. But i really feel our setup was upside down... And Not sure what to change.

Our budget is near 2000 to 2500 $ CAD. (for hardware, can be more for cables etc..)

Thank you in advance !

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I think all you need is a discrete GPU with support for 4 displays. Can you please list the specs to your current build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time. I noticed you've posted this thread in the Prebuilt & Enterprise section, if the system is a prebuilt, then pass on the make, model and SKU to your prebuilt for us to look through it's specs.

Depending what content you’re putting up on the other screens, you may check into Optisigns. You pay a subscription something like 10 bucks per screen a month, but it allows you to use a fire stick, roku or other devices to display signage etc. Optisigns is basically an app you put onto those devices and you get a back end similar to canva to set up your slides and presentations and can then send it out to your screens.

I really appreciate your input. Will look further into it, but at 1st sight, it doesn't seems to resolve our problem!
Thanks again mate !

Keep in mind that i don't have experience in the things you are talking about. I thing you should get second computer. That way you'll also have a redundancy if something happens to the main one( and also if there is a need , 2 people can do 2 separate things on them).
